HR Factory Representative


The HR Factory Representative is member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decisions making. You will drive the Employee Engagement plan for the factory in connection with the Supply Chain Operation functional HRBP. You will responsible for the delivery of HR Factory Services for all factory local HR processes such as local benefits, local recruitments and manage relations, in collaboration with HR Service Centre.

What you will do

As our new HR Factory Representative, you will

  • Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with Supply Chain Operation functional business partner.
  • Drive labour relations in cooperation with the HR Country Representative and acts as the main contact with local unions to manage labour relations issues, agreements and represent the company for all demands.
  • Responsible for driving Performance Management of Blue Collar employees in line with Develop & Manage People process with a right mix of team and individual objectives to support WCM involvement and Factory Performance / KPIs.
  • Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labour Ministry and others
  • Represent the company in internal and external audits Manage labour suits and government audits.
  • Support the training needs based on IDPs and the training plan for the factory.
  • Participate in the recruitment process of Blue Collar employees
  • Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours
  • Drive the expansion of WCM activity
Who you are

We believe the successful candidate will have

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Country Services / Factory environment
  • Possesses strong knowledge in local labour law and experience in reward, and in managing relations with unions, government, and immigration authorities)
  • Fast learner with ability to multi-task, work independently as well as under pressure.
  • Holds a track record of proven performance and driving change; and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners
  • Native Thai with Good communication in English
