As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for any maintenance, repairs or technical support required by customers on-site. You will also be at the forefront of training and guiding customers on how to use your machinery after you have installed and set up their equipment for them. Your key responsibilities:
As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service, repair or maintenance support tickets in a timeous manner; root cause analysis to diagnose errors or technical issues; producing detailed service reports of any work done on site; ongoing service and customer support activities and co-operating with technical, spares and sales teams to ensure the customer has the best experience.
