Preparation vouchers through tally system Management of day today Petty Cash expenses / Preparation of cheques Preparation of MIS on day to day basis on the expenses and receipts from members TDS / GST payment and Filing of TDS / GST Quarterly and Annual Returns Coordination with other officials on requirement of data Preparation of Budget Cash flow statement Banking / Foreign Remittance etc. Submission of report on Creditors and Debtors on monthly basis or as and when required. Verification of bills and payment thereof after approval of bill from the concerned authorities Trial Balance, Income and Expenditure Account Maintenance of Ledger Account through Tally Processing of payroll and salary Follow up on Receivables and IT hearings Ensuring Filing of ITR on time of the Association Responsible for getting refund from Income tax Dept.
