Objective of the position:
Business Analytics specialists will participate in all strategic digital transformation, Data Management, Data Governance & Data Visualization projects and will act as developers of all data management tools and systems; at the same time they will ensure adequate communication with external solutions and tools providers such as Oracle, Power BI, etc. to ensure the purposes of generating financial reports to management. With experience in data models and reporting packages, specifically experience with multidimensional BI tools (e.g. Hyperion Smart view), you will create and analyze large data sets (Cubes), write comprehensive reports and with strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical mind and problem-solving orientation; As well as attention to detail, they guarantee the best decision making for management.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

• Knowledge in the field of multidimensional
• BI tools Processes/implementation and methods of BI and BA tools
• Hyperion, SQL, Power Query, SAP R and Pivot BI
• Oracle, Tableau, Advanced Excel

Academic Knowledge: Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Economics + minimum 2 years’ experience in related field, Finance business knowledge preferred (not necessary).

Main Functions:

• -Develop a finance-driven BI process that involves a variety of functions, technology tools, applications (Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and methodologies that help finance areas to collect data, prepare analysis, build, develop and perform business queries. databases (SQL, Python), development and creation of financial management reports, such as dashboards (Smart View). -Define the data and tools used in Finance for BI (historical and new data collected from internal and external sources).
• o Monthly Information Upload (SAP – Oracle)
• o COPA, GL, AR-AP, Inventories & MIF
• o Management and Creation of Databases
• o DataWarehouse DVCM Finance
• -Develop databases and combine a broad set of data analysis applications and functions, such as ad hoc analysis, queries, business reports, online analytical processing, data visualization software, performance dashboards and dashboards.
• o Oracle Management
• o Modification of calculation rules and planning scenarios
• o Database update
• o Access management
• o Internal Process Automation Projects using Microsoft 365
• Communicate the relevant findings of their work and provide project implementation support to ensure work results are successfully deployed.o Project design
• o Creation of customized solutions
• -Colaborate with our IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible for us to leverage big data use cases -
