What is the role?

Working closely with Gemba’s Marketing and Strategy teams, the Divisional Manager will be responsible for managing the Insights team in the delivery of Consumer and Market Insights, which will ultimately support our client projects. This role is charged with developing and commercialising the Gemba Global Proprietary Research program, managing customised research for clients across Asia Pacific and developing and managing a service offer to help clients analyse their data and extract insights/implications.

Additionally, you will manage the existing Gemba Market Insights Program whilst contributing to the ongoing development of Gemba Intellectual Capital. New business development is a key requirement of this role therefore experience presenting to senior and middle management teams is a must as is proven lead generation experience and sales planning.

This is a great opportunity to lead and develop an existing research team, so you’ll need to have excellent people skills and demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
