Expectations & Tasks

As an O2I team member, you will have the opportunity to work with our team, contributing to the transformation of order to invoice processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

ü Verifying the received orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

ü Execute billing process.

ü Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and process enhancements.

ü Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.

ü Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

ü Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the O2I space.

English Proficiency: Upper intermediate level

Administrative or Engineering Background
