About the role

This role will be based in our Singapore Global Headquarters and report to the Regional Finance Manager and SVP, Finance. The primary role will be to support all aspects of the finance function of our businesses in Singapore and various other countries including:


  • develop budget, operating plans, and forecasts
  • manage the capital request and budgeting processes
  • monitor budget vs actual data


  • manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced
  • responsible for accounting
  • oversee the company’s financial and account transaction processing systems
  • implement operational best practices
  • support various audits of group entities
  • ensure closing of financial accounts across all subsidiaries are timely, accurate and in compliance with group / statutory requirements


  • support the payable process
  • support the receivable process
  • perform bank reconciliations
  • review and approve employee expenses
  • provide guidance and support to junior team members, finance teams in various group entities outside Singapore
  • lead / support other finance/accounting related projects as required by the business from time to time

What are we looking for

  • Possess Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting and finance experience
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft office suite
  • Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
  • A proven track record for managing small to medium size teams
  • Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders
  • Strong knowledge on basic local finance and tax regulation
  • Analytical and project management ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
