The Position
As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP), you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and support functions of the Diagnostics division to achieve financial objectives and implement global strategies. Reporting to a South American Network FEP Lead, you will act as a strategic advisor, providing financial insights and partnering with various departments to ensure business growth and profitability.
The position
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Medical, Access, Customer support & other teams to provide financial analysis, actionable insights, and ensure strategic investments.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Perform financial analyses and scenario planning to present outcomes to stakeholders.
- Financial Governance: support Month-End Close Process being in contact with the Shared service Team, OPEX governance, cost center allocations, headcount and CAPEX planning. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication and relationships with regional, affiliate, and global finance teams. Participate in cross-functional teams to influence decision-making.
Who you are
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business finance roles.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in G-suite (especially g-sheets). Automation skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of IFRS and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, continuous improvement mentality, and ability to work in high-volatility environments. Strong team player with a commitment to integrity, passion, and courage.
