As an integral part of the FP&A team and reporting to the FP&A Manager APAC, we are looking for an eager and passionate Finance Analyst to join the Finance team. Being a financial business partner of the ANZ commercial and other teams, this role will give you the opportunity to have a holistic view of the business (regionally and internationally) and the chance to self-develop, grow and learn.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Key role in supporting the month end and budget/forecast process, preparing variance analysis, management P&L and other ad hoc reports, together with data reconciliation
  • Provide profitability and ad hoc analysis related to products and regions
  • You will be liaising with departments to offer financial analysis and advice
  • Financial modelling for business proposals and opportunities/projects
  • Supporting management to set up efficient financial processes
  • Supporting management in increasing visibility of the business by improving internal reports

Your role is a central role in the planning & reporting process of the business. You should have the desire to build trusted relationships across all teams (regionally and with other BRP offices) and collaborate to the success of Finance by demonstrating strong alignment to company values.


  • Completed degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Strong Excel skills. SQL and Access are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP and TM1 are preferable
  • IFRS experience (preferable)
  • Advanced analytical skills and detailed oriented
  • Strong ability to work in a dynamic environment and a great team player
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactivity, initiative and curiosity
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills

This position is based in Botany, Australia.
