Job Overview
The Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analysis of Keurig Dr Pepper’s SG&A expenses and zero-based budgeting program for finance and executive leadership. As a part of the Corporate FP&A team you will collaborate with business and finance teams across the organization to help analyze and measure key cost category savings delivery, as well as provide executive management packages and scorecards. This role requires an understanding of corporate finance and operational expenses, a keen interest in learning about the business, and a strong analytical mindset.
What you will do:
+ Provide zero based budgeting financial modeling and analytical support to the Corporate and Business Unit functions to measure and maintain Company goals and initiatives
+ Support monthly management financial insights to Executive and Finance Leadership through advanced analysis and critical thinking
+ Development and oversight of Key Performance Indicators for each cost category within the zero based budgeting environment
+ Provide monthly reporting to leadership of cost category savings delivery
+ Collaborate with functional teams of leadership across the business to ensure the company is delivering on savings targets including: Finance, Product Supply, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.
+ Identify spend patterns versus historical norms, forecasted plans, and competitive benchmarks and recommend opportunities
+ Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and standardization of key cost inputs to zero based budgeting program
+ Maintain budget and forecast platform, including development of reports and analysis for management use
+ Collaborate, define, and distribute annual expense targets
+ Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling
+ Promote and communicate key elements of the various financial milestones across the organization
+ Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization

What you must have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
+ Five + years of relevant finance experience preferred
+ Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models
Technical Skills:
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
+ Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, and TM1 knowledge a plus)
+ Proficient in fundamentals of Corporate Finance and modeling of business scenarios

+ Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
+ Ability to travel occasionally (<15%)
+ Ability to work flexible hours as needed
+ Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
