Front Office Executive

Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
  • Primary responsibilities
  • Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
  • Ensure service in meeting rooms for tea / coffee through pantry services
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Booking of guest house.

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Three to Four Years in similar profile
  • Fluent in English, should be smart and presentable
  • Ability to work in shifts. 0800hrs to 1700hrs and 1000hrs to 1900hrs. Flexible with timings.
