As a Full Stack Developer on the Enterprise Data Applications team, you will design, develop, and maintain business-facing web and simulation applications, backend architectures, and advanced analytics systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that align with our global roadmap.

This position should be able to learn new technologies and tie business processes/requirements to full end to end designs utilizing test driven methodology. The role will involve planning, design, development and maintenance of our frontend and backend. The ideal candidate is very self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. They are a self-starter - eager to learn new technologies and consider security, performance and user interface implications in their designs. Knowledge of DevOps processes and configuration is a plus.

This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain robust web services to support Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and key external partners to ensure all new developments align with the product roadmap and integrate seamlessly across the platform.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to gather, analyze, and successfully deliver on all technical requirements.
  • Provide ongoing development and optimization support for existing applications and legacy projects.
  • Enhance system reliability by continuously improving test coverage across existing codebases.
  • Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and compliance guidelines, while flexibly supporting additional team objectives as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Python and Node.js, with deep expertise in Django/Django REST Framework, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and Git.
  • Proven ability to build user-centric UIs using reactive JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) alongside core web technologies (HTML/CSS).
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) alongside containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines and warehouses using tools like Apache Airflow, Airbyte, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments, test-driven development (TDD), application security (SAST/DAST), and cross-layer troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow,, Airbyte, Cloud Composer).
  • Experience with Data Warehousing solutions: Snowflake, BigQuery, etc
  • Experience with Retool development


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
