Our overarching goal is to explore and proof point new market potentials, so our success will highly depend on us as a team, bringing out the best of everyone, keeping calm when it gets scarce and working highly output oriented.

In this role you will:

• Engage with top software engineers to explore and define new market potentials

• Collaborate with other tech leads, engagement leads, full-stack developers and UX designers to deliver exciting new prototypes

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for:

• Independent, proactive team player 
• Great communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with other developers, technical and engagement leads 
• Passionate to learn new technologies and flexible to confront a variety of work
• Open for the new and non-standard
• Fluent English and German language skills - written and verbal
• Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as ability to think abstractly

Work Experience you need to bring:
Basic Qualifications:

• Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Strong skills in at least one modern programming language  (e.g. in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python, Kotlin, Swift, Rust, Ruby) and strong competencies in software design
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
• Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Native Platforms including Kubernetes, Open Shift, Docker Enterprise, or Cloud Foundry in the public cloud
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art web and mobile frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Svelte, Xcode, Android Studio) will be a plus
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Experience contributing to the opensource software projects
• Experience participating in a software development hackathons
