• Azure DevOps Skills: Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes
• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business goals
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams, including QA, Product Management, and Operations
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide a growing team of junior developers, providing mentorship and fostering skill development
• Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
• Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Version Control and Git: Advanced skills in Git, including expertise in branching strategies, repository structuring, and best practices
• Advanced English (C1-C2)
