Goodstart is looking for an SAP Success Factors Functional Specialist to assist Goodstart in attaining best practice processes across SuccessFactors and HCM. You will be responsible for the operational management of the SuccessFactors and SAP HR/Payroll support resources. We are offering a full-time permanent position working from our Head Office in Murarrie.
We are looking for someone to inject new ways of using SAP to maximise the employee experience. We are seeking an experienced SAP functional expert whom takes a hands-on approach and is ready to impart their knowledge and experience into both project work and continuous Business improvements.
Reporting into the ICT Manager Application Delivery, the SAP Success Factors Senior Functional Specialist is a key member of a highly technical and engaged team who develop and deliver SAP solutions across the enterprise. You will be expected to work as a trusted advisor and proactively drive change by exploring opportunities and finding process improvements with SAP SuccessFactors and in Payroll to drive value and maximise results.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Lead SAP-based technology improvements as a functional expert
Implement SAP solutions that are fit to drive change in system and business processes
Build strong relationships with business units to identify pain points, work autonomously to analyse the problems, and develop solutions to drive continuous improvement
Partner with IT vendors to blend the effectiveness of IT delivery with Technology
Promote best practice and industry standards whilst aiming to reduce delivery costs and improve efficiency
Deliver functional design, support, analysis, configuration and continuous improvement in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR/HCM and Payroll
Ensure that SuccessFactors, HR/HCM, Payroll and integration functionality is available and current to meet the business needs
Team lead the HR and Payroll functional support team
Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for SuccessFactors, SAP HR and Payroll
Perform initial testing and ensuring supporting documentation is updated and accurate
Proactively work with the Release Manager, SuccessFactors and Payroll solution leads to ensure all projects, changes and releases are planned and delivered successfully
Provide excellent customer engagement with responding to customer incidents, requirements, problem resolution and process modelling
Assist in training activities and provide guidance to other teams
Support our new IT strategy and help to make Goodstart Simpler. Faster. Smarter
Proven hands on experience of SuccessFactors and SAP HR/HCM design, configuration and integration
Team leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Ideally SAP Payroll experience but this is not essential
