About the opportunity
Be a collaborative mover and shaker at Minprovise to our clients and corrosion team as the head expert of painting & blasting, as our General Manager – Corrosion Control. Strategically source opportunities to grow the business and find new customers to impress. On a daily basis, you will play an impactful role as you lead and coach our team of supervisors, estimators, painters and blasters to convert corroded materials into works of art for our customers. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to develop the business even further, bringing your very expansive network to the table.

What you will need to be the person for the job
You must have experience leading teams and driving strategy, preferably at a senior leadership level. A trade certificate or qualifications in painting & blasting are not essential for the role but will be highly regarded. Experience using MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must. Attention to detail, with a strategic mindset, will definitely impress.
