Trivett is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets for recognised brands such as Subaru, Volkswagen, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Bespoke brands such as Rolls Royce , Aston Martin, Bentley and McLaren.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute business leader to join our team at Subaru Parramatta. As a General Sales Manager you will oversee the Subaru Sydney brand and work closely with the senior management team ensuring key strategies are implemented and managed to ensure the success of both our sales and service departments. You will also work with our close knit sales team on a day to day basis continuing to lead, inspire, coach and mentor them to achieve great results and personal satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of leading teams and achieving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high performing culture and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the achievement of internal and OEM financial and volume targets across the sales and service business
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships across various internal and external departments to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Ensuring continued coaching, mentoring and developing of the Leadership team with a outcome to increase capability at a management level
  • Developing an understanding of our customer base and looking at ways to continue to engage and ‘wow’ our customers whilst looking for opportunity to bring on board new customers.
