Project Description

You'll be working within WMPC IT Development in Zurich. We plan and lead IT projects for an area called Channels & Workbenches and create solutions which are directly client facing. That is the area, where we build our applications for e-banking and client advisor workbench. It's a very demanding, fast paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities
    Are you the expert on Genesys? Are motivated to deliver the best solutions to our global Call Center users? Are you ready to take responsibility for the the underlying infrastructure, tools and configurations? Would you like to be a part of an inspiring and global team focused on successful deliveries?
    We're looking for someone like this to:
    - design and implement solutions in the area of Multichannel Contact Centers.
    - assure high quality software is delivered to fulfil business needs to handle client requests
    - strengthen a high-performance and dedicated team
    - challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas
Skills

Must have

    You are:
    - a strong software engineer and a good team player
    - analytical skilled person who manages to cope with complex challenges in software engineering
    - a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues in German and in English
    - motivated and self-reliant person
    - reliable partner who's known for delivering in time and in quality
    You have:
    - a broad knowledge about the Genesys solution landscape with deep technical skills.
    - Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large and global enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects such as telephony system replacement
    - strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

    - Spotlight
    - Verba Voice Recording
    - CCPulse for Reporting
    - A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
    - Experience in a global environment
    - A great interest in shaping the future of Call Center infrastructures

Nice to have

    German language B2+
    Similar experience in call-center platforms.
    Previous banking experience.
