The candidate should be MBA marketing. Should be able to handle a team size of 10 to 15 direct reportee. Should have expereince in UP region. Should have expereince in handling Food products. Should have experience in institutional sales, Dealer distribution net work, modern sales etc. Budgeted CTC 30 to 35 lakhs p.a. Detailed JD is Overall P&L responsibility of the Region Overall administrative and People management of region Expansion of business portfolio across the region and penetration in new territory Managing Distribution network in Region. Scale up of distribution in existing territory Strategic inputs for sales promotions - ATL /BTL initiatves. Strategic inputs for sales Target achievement and Expense Budgeting. Ensure Business Growth for - General Trade Collaborate with vertical Head for Growth for - Modern Trade and Institutions (HoReCa & CSD) Sales Team development and team building activities Manage Market Intelligence and Sales MIS periodically. Providing Regional inputs and flavor to strategic inputs from HO Establish and maintain appropriate performance management system for regional sales team. Ensure appropriate tracking and deployment of recruitment and training initiatives for the region in consult with HR
