Graduate Trainee in Global Markets Division Sales

GMD is a department consisting of Treasury, trading and sales departments. The department plays the following roles:
 1)Treasury: jointly reporting to LGMD and Finance to provide funding and other treasury functions to the bank
 2)Trading: Manage the client flow in FX, Rates, Options, precious metals, controlling the risk and squaring the positions generated by client flow effectively
 3)Sales: Meet clients and help the clients, both Corporate and FI to hedge their FX, Rates, Options and precious metals exposure

 Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistant for sales team
- Back up for Sales person on FX, Credit and rates, precious metal
- Prepare internal reports and daily news
- Any other ad-hoc projects
- Support administrative needs of the GMD department (ad-hoc basis)
- Perform other assignments required by the Bank

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in finance or mathematics preferably, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience
- Good command of English (both written & spoken)
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and teamwork spirit
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily
- Rigour and sense of organisation
- Relationship management and Commercial sense
- Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines

 (this position will sign one year employment contract with bank directly and renew one year)
