GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing and contributing to a variety of projects. The designer will work with the Creative Directors to support and assist with branding projects, with growth opportunities to manage their nonprofit client list and support any design work needed for the national brand. Design projects may include branding designs, social media graphics, print and digital marketing assets, event materials, presentations, infographics, webpage editing, video creation, and other branded visual materials.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Process, react to, and solve problems as they arise
Able to meet tight deadlines individually and within a team
Design a wide variety of materials allowed under the brand standards and protocols
Able to create materials for print, digital, and social media campaigns
Create signage and flyers, website visuals, and video content
Comfortable working on short and long-term projects that partner with other in-house teams
Collaborate with the team to implement effective creative marketing materials in support of our partners
Learn, understand, and deploy the brand initiatives in all materials
Consult and advise the design team and partners on creative solutions to requests
Attend kickoff calls with partners to determine project schedules and scope to meet client needs
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Proven expertise with the Adobe Cloud Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent eye for design and brand consistency
Excellent communication skills with the team and external partners
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
Proven experience as a Community manager
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Graphic design using Canva
Project Manager experience (It´s a plus)
POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS
Full-time remote position
Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
