Essential and optional requirements

Organize, lead and plan the work and tasks of the Graphic Design team
Thorough knowledge and application of the Graphic Design guidelines of Pullman by Accor
Control of the proper application of the brand guidelines in all collaterals productions for the hotel
Manage the graphic designers: control their tasks and daily work
Responsible for the creative concept, design and production of all collateral and promotional materials for the hotel (i.e. newsletter, flyers, etc.).
Update and design all printing materials coordinate with Marketing Manager and Public Relations Manager.
Supervise job order and daily tasks of the Art Section.

Key tasks

At least 3 years' professional experience
Language: fluent in the national language, operational English
Expertise in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
