What You Will Be Responsible for

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River is looking for a successful Lobby/ Door greeter who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything she does. Our Lobby/ Door greeter will have the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing an exceptional service and insightful knowledge. This position is responsible for welcoming arrival and departure guests to/from the hotel according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction. This position reports to Bell Captain.

Essential Functions

  • Require only female candidate.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficiency for arrival and departure guests to/from hotel porte cochere and all assigned areas.
  • Greets guests in welcoming manner and escorts them to check in counter or where necessary i.e. restaurants.
  • Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance in all aspects.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Rules and Standards of Conduct as in Guest Handbook.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on an insightful local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and she directly report to Bell Captain.
  • Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

Non-Essential Functions

  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in accordance to heavy volume in the areas of the Concierge desk and Bell counter. 
  • Provide a basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
