Your Purpose

Lead the charge in revolutionizing the industry from its core! You'll be the mastermind behind developing cutting-edge internal tools and core services, directly impacting our operational excellence and innovation. With your expertise, we'll navigate the complexities of the financial ecosystem, enhancing productivity and safeguarding our operations against fraud.

Who You Are

  • Proven English fluency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.
  • Understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including regulatory environments, payment systems, and fraud prevention.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in complex, technology-driven environments, specially backend/internal tools products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of project management principles.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that addresses the needs of internal tooling, core services, and fraud prevention. This includes setting clear goals, priorities, and roadmaps for the product team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned and executed efficiently. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that internal tools and services meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and security.
  • Fraud Prevention Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in fraud prevention technologies and solutions. Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to safeguard our financial ecosystem against emerging threats.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding product development initiatives. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product vision aligns with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform decision-making processes. Ensure products deliver value to both the business and its customers.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and lead a team of product managers and associates. Promote professional development and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Your Team

Your direct reports are Product Managers who will be helping to build the strategy; you will also be leading cross-functional efforts with different fleets and your peers will help you to unblock any dependencies your projects may have. You will start with 3 PMs reporting to you, and potentially hire new ones for the fleet.
