The Alamanda Palm Cove by Lancemore is looking for friendly,  experienced and well presented Team Members who will fit into our culture of delivering outstanding customer service. Currently we are looking for a casual position representing the front of house reception team.

About the role:

  • Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
  • Assist booking enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and services we have to offer.
  • Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that the guest name is used at all times.
  • Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives directions as required.
  • Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a professional friendly manner.
  • Informs guests of all facilities and services available in the Property.
  • Sets up guest accounts accurately.
  • Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining an accurate float.
  • Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts.
  • Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure continuity of service.
  • Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.
  • Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
  • Maintains Team Member dress and grooming standards at all times.
  • Poolside service of drinks, clearing poolside area of wet towels and neatening sun lounges in pool areas and beachfront etc when required.
  • Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team.
