• Relevant working experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-centric with an eye for detail

You will also bring with you a passion for service, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.

Key tasks

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the integrity of Quality standards and ensure achievement of stated quality objectives
• Enhance guest experience and to ensure conformance to stated objectives, standards, policies and procedures
• Facilitate and drive continuous excellence through regular review of key goals and strategies
• Share guest comments on a daily basis and ensure necessary follow up and action
