Head of Marketing – Subscriber SOLA

What You Will Do
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the SOLA region, covering Argentina and Uruguay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the SOLA region.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, further studies in digital marketing is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Deep understanding of digital media, attribution models and all digital media performance metric.
• Experience owning roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts
• Strong collaborator experience, capable of influencing decisions and reporting data confidently and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficient spoken and written Spanish and English
• Knowledge of general home security products and practices e.g., CCTV and smart home systems is an advantage but not essential.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM at our offices located at Thames and Panamericana, with a hybrid work model.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
