Job Description
Market Intelligence
▪ Collect, analyze, provide relevant market data (from Customers, Competitors, Trends, Technologies, Regulations)
▪ Information sharing through defined communication channels
Business Development
▪ Analysis and develop the Customer strategy in Asia area
▪ Analysis and develop the Competition strategy in Asia area with the help of the Sales team
▪ Market value, market share, white spot analysis on Asia markets
▪ Provide support to BU management for strategic assignment (etc. M&A)
▪ Develop BU regional strategy with help of the BU functions and segments management in Asia
Strategy management meetings and reporting
▪ Maintain and timely update the BU Asia standard presentation
▪ Analysis and Reports on the strategic reportings/database like SPOT, CDP, QRDB...
▪ Provide support to BU management for strategic analysis and reviews
▪ BU interface for cross BU/Division projects/reports
Marketing Events
▪ Interface between BU and corporate Asia Marketing & Events dept. for Tech days, Auto shows, etc, coordinate on internal participants, samples/demonstrators and ensure the availability for benefit texts, products presentations
▪ Establish regular contact and cooperation with the interface in Asia area and German
▪ Marketing budget management and control of BU HEV Asia
▪ Other specific assignment from top managementsCommunications
▪ Interface between BU and corporate Asia Communication dept., responsible for intranet updates and internal press releases
▪ Support maintaining relationship with some industry media and event vendor
▪ Other events and roadshows to increase the BU visibility in Asia
