Head Of Developer Sales, Central Region

What the role is all about:

This position is responsible for leading and coaching the team to generate sales initiatives and explore new partnership/channels to maximize revenue. 

Develop and implement Regional Sales strategies and initiatives to maintain and grow market share

  • Analyze market trends
  • Actively look into competitors movement to identify active prospects
  • Act as a leader in identifying prospects and opportunities
  • Research and understand developer client’ background and projects
  • Act as a liaison between developer team and internal stakeholders to coordinate activities undertaken jointly
  • Monitor, track and report on sales and revenue against budget and forecasts
  • Explore viable new business opportunities including partnerships, service agreements and new sales channels

Plan, direct and monitor activities for team members

  • Develop and execute individual’s annual revenue and sales forecasts
  • Develop and execute individual and team sales strategies to drive revenue for the business
  • Develop sales strategy, new packages and special campaigns to acquire new clients
  • Spearhead all key account events and tradeshows

Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work closely with Developer Operations team, Events, Consumer Marketing, Editor, Designer, Finance and the clients to carry out media events and campaigns smoothly
  • Work with the Events team to cover local and overseas events when necessary
  • Develop and manage relationships with media agencies and key strategic accounts

Motivate the team's performance

  • Always work with direct reports to ensure activities are aligned to the goals of the company
  • Recommend incentives and rewards scheme to Head of Developer Business
  • Recognize your team for personal and team achievement

Financial KPIs

  • Growth in revenue across sales streams in account management and new business
  • Aim to achieve 100% of the team sales target
  • Ensure standarad payments terms with existing clients
  • Manage payment and bad debts to ensure revenue is accounted for

What we’re looking for

At REA we want to develop you in your role an enable you to develop to be successful in your career. We need you to:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Media/Advertising, e-Commerce, Business Development or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a Sales, Media, Internet Marketing or Customer Service environment
  • Experience working in a digital or online sales environment
  • Experience working in Property Development industry will be an added advantage
