Our solution has helped over 500 partners across Asia generate online and offline sales ROI by combining cutting edge sales enablement technology, deep industry expertise, and ai-driven optimization.
Headquartered in Bangkok we currently manage over 250 performances/e-commerce campaigns with 210 regional hero’s across Thailand and Indonesia. We are a profitable marketing technology organization and received our Series A funding in Q4 2019 with expansion plans continuing into Vietnam in 2019.

As Head of Solution Planning, your mission is to anchor and drive our business growth through leading a dynamic team of storytellers, media planners, data scientists, system integrator and communication experts. You represent the brain of our company that connects operations, performance (ad operations), technology and clients together.
You must remain at the forefront of marketing, technology, and solution innovation whilst always understanding that our clients are our lifeblood; and working with the teams across the company to create business plans that will be sold, consulted and executed for our partners which help them truly leverage technology and digitize in a meaningful way.

2.Develop Digital Marketing Solution Strategy
2.1 Transform client need analysis into actional digital marketing strategy and business growth strategy
2.1.1 Develop a custom solution plan based on Heroleads solution offering
- Performance Media (cross channel media strategies integrating Google, Facebook, Line, Taboola, Teads, Lazada, Shopee)
- Creative Solutions (communication strategy, creative assets such as motion graphics, infographics, banners)
- Analytics Solutions (attribution & measurement planning, analytics integration)
- Ad-Tech & Technology Solutions (API integrations, dynamic landing pages, ChatBots)
3.1 Certified Google*, Google Analytics, Facebook*, Adobe 360 and Hubspot*
3.2 Support the acquisition and account management team in client consultation
3.3 Collaborate with Technology, Media, Creative and Analytics teams to develop solutions
3.4 Implementation of new pricing models and promotions alongside marketing
3.5 Build a strategic framework to enable the acquisition and client to scale client portfolio
3.6 Manage your team workload and look for ways to automate processes with team structure of technology
3.7 Proactively identify new digital solutions that will drive business growth and provide a competitive edge to Heroleads in the market, and propose to the executive management team.
3.8 Work alongside the executive management team to solve any media planning related issues that directly affect client acquisition and retention.
3.9 Be driven by data with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You are given full autonomy and accountability of your own performance through weekly and monthly progress updates.
