About Your Role
An opportunity has arisen to lead our Digital Systems Bid Management team. Based in Rydalmere and reporting to the Operations Director, in this role you will:
Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of Bid Managers
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling win strategies
Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring delivery meets and exceeds expectations
Foster collaborative relationships with functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of bids/projects
Ensure rigour in relation to the management of gate reviews, schedule and budgets and the identification of key risks and opportunities
How About You?
• Demonstrable experience leading a team of Bid Managers
• Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline
• An understanding of ASDEFCON is highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions
