About Your Role

An opportunity has arisen to lead our Digital Systems Bid Management team.  Based in Rydalmere and reporting to the Operations Director, in this role you will:

  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of Bid Managers

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling win strategies

  • Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring delivery meets and exceeds expectations

  • Foster collaborative relationships with functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of bids/projects

  • Ensure rigour in relation to the management of gate reviews, schedule and budgets and the identification of key risks and opportunities

How About You?

•    Demonstrable experience leading a team of Bid Managers

•    Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline

•    An understanding of ASDEFCON is highly regarded

•   Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

•    Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions
