What will you be doing as Head of Channels?
Day to day management of the Channel sales team which includes 8+ sales agents and x1 Supervisor
End to end management of the Inbound Sales Process
Managing and leading the Irish Field Sales Team - A key element to the FY22 DCI Sales plan
Sign off responsibility for sourcing and submitting public/private tenders in line with the business plan
Dynamically leading the sales department to achieve sales results as required by the business
Working closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver a ‘best in class’ service
Managing Value-added-Sale cross-selling opportunities to improve customer retention
Creating Innovative solutions working alongside Marketing to acquire new customers
Manage the operational element of the Recruitment and Selection process
Design and Deliver best-in-class training programs for new start induction and agent development
Create a roadmap for succession planning for future management and leadership development
What experience / skills are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Management
Field Sales Management experience
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
Highly presentable and dynamic with strong organisational and motivational skills
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally
