About you

Do you have previous experience with B2B software products?

Do love helping people learn new ways of doing things? In this role you will work directly with the leadership team to see how we keep our customers happy by listening to their needs and being always there when they need our help. The role will include:

  • Being an expert in all the features of our product
  • Training & supporting our users with all their questions
  • Joining in sales meetings
  • Creating content for our social media
  • Creating new accounts, managing client on-boarding & supporting clients as they learn Astronaut
  • Being active on LinkedIn to achieve "social selling" objectives
  • As much leadership responsibility as you can handle!
