Head of Marketing Communications - Marketing-tech startup
£40-50K, Full-time, London

Our customer is a 50 person B2B content marketing platform based in central London.
Reporting into the CCO, the Head of Marketing Communications will be responsible for leading the marketing team on the execution of marketing strategy and evolving the brand and key external communications to maximise the impact of the full-funnel marketing strategy.

This is the experience and traits we are looking for:
+ Experience of working in a fast growth, B2B technology startup
+ Current or prior experience working as a B2B Marketing Manager with responsibility for brand and associated messaging
+ Significant involvement in a wide range of activities across the marketing funnel, including events management, PPC, social media, search optimisation and PR
+ Experience of managing a small team
+ Creativity paired with an analytical/commercial mindset to closely monitor ROI
+ Attention to detail across visual and written content
You will cover the following areas:
+ Marketing strategy and plan execution - develop and lead the team to execute a high quality marketing strategy against budget, increasing lead generation.
+ Close reporting on cost per acquisition and ROI for marketing spend.
+ Team management of a campaign manager and a content manager.
