Our client, a digital real estate brokerage firm based in Makati, is currently looking for a Head of Sales who will directly work with executive team to influence the direction of the company, and for that matter, how to change the real estate industry for the better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage entire Sales Team composed of Sales Directors
  • Own and hit/exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of clients
  • Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase deals and network of partner brokers in real estate.
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
  • Work with Finance, HR, and management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders.
  • Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants to drive success.


· Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

· Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director

· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

· Proven ability to position products against competitors

· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· BA/BS degree or equivalent

· Experience in real estate sales highly preferred


· Directly reports to Chief Executive Officer.

· Salary range = Competitive, above market

· Eligible for 14th month performance bonus, subject to overall company performance.

· Medical insurance coverage after regularization (6 months).

· No standard work hours, just coordinate time each day for in-person collaboration with all stakeholders.
