Head of Sales

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Sales to join us build more impact on Indonesia's SMEs. You will help bring more impact by expand our clientele and build a new partnership. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging a strong partnership with clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and revenue
• Created a business plan and strategic plan to get sales achievement target.
• Identifies and grab opportunities B2B segment
• Leading team to ensure Business Development team are achieve their revenue target
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, Head of sales or a relevant role
• Previous experience in building B2B partnership
• Excellence communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership to encourage and ensure team performance
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
