Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers who in turn handle the day to day operations of teams of Direct Sales.
  • Build, develop and motivate a high performing team by mentoring, challenging, and developing front-line sales managers and sales reps.
  • Develop plans and strategies for growing nation-wide market share, customer base and achieving the business unit sales goals
  • Enhance a culture of continued success goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training
  • Provide positive feedback and celebrate managers and sales representatives success; Provide corrective feedback to inspire team to stretch and perform their best
  • Create a detailed, accurate and predictable sales forecast
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of competitor's landscape, market insight and customer engagement
  • Define and lead sales training programs that enable your team to achieve their potential while supporting company objectives
  • Define and deploy standard methodology, prospecting methodologies and processes across all aspects of the lead generation workflow
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback and apply clear, consistent performance standards aligned with sales goals
  • Develop collaboration, communication and dedication among team
  • Encourage collaboration within and across organizational boundaries
  • Partner with trade marketing, channel performance, pricing, product, and operation team.
  • Monitor and report on quota attainment on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Define the characteristics of a successful sales team and build on it
  • Play a meaningful role in ensuring tight coordination and partnership across Sales, Solutions, and Services

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business related field
  • Proven result in leading team of enterprise sales, B2B, sales acquisition, sales strategy
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good command of English
  • Strong leadership and coaching skill
  • Extensive experience using MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) for business case formulation, business review and management report
  • Result-oriented, high energetic, outstanding positive attitude and growth mindset.
  • A structured personality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High competency: strategic thinking, data analytical, problem solving, initiative and follow through.
