Head of Sales, Asia Pacific

Reporting directly into our CEO for APAC, we are now looking for a Head of Sales to help transform the way we sell at JLL.

This role will lead the Sales transformation across our organisation, will shape the way we interact with our clients and interface with each other. Whether it’s acquiring or building sales capability, identifying new revenue streams you’ll be at the forefront of developing and instilling a new Sales DNA throughout the region across all our various business lines.

You’ll be the driving force in the design and implementation of our innovative sales strategy throughout the Asia Pacific region and across our various business lines. You will play the role of both architect and conductor of our sales eco-system, spearheading agile strategic sales development initiatives ensuring they remain consistent with our overall business strategy, our JLL values and always putting our clients first.

Do you thrive in an ever evolving, rapidly changing environment? For this role we need a real change leader. We need someone highly adept at navigating large, complex organisations and familiar with leading sales transformation initiatives. This includes overcoming resistance, breaking down and simplifying complex concepts, delivering against milestones and having an innate ability to integrate teams across multiple locations, transforming them into an integrated high performing sales function.

Helping others

You will have the ability to and understand the necessity of collaborating with leaders across multiple business lines to promote the “one JLL” ethos that sets our clients’ needs and ambitions first. This will require you to gain an understanding of the wider organisation quickly and promote your own corporate profile.

Getting it done

In this role you will have ownership of the strategic sales direction, its operational execution and ongoing management. Intellectually curious by nature, you will always have an eye on the analytics and be a strong advocate of data driven decision making. You will be blessed with unsurpassed critical thinking ability to conduct business and performance analyses to track and review sales results, assessing them against targets and KPI’s to determine effectiveness and being agile enough to implement changes and solutions as necessary.  Results orientated, you will drive and influence a culture of excellence throughout our business.

Having a business first mind-set

Does generating new business light a fire in you?  We, too, are just as passionate about supporting new clients as we are about deepening our relationships with existing clients. This is a high visibility role and you will act as an ambassador and key point of contact for clients which will allow you to do what you do best; creating opportunity for growth. You’ll leverage JLL’s global relationships and network, being proactive in developing relationships with our global sales teams to further extend existing client relationships within APAC.  You will direct our client first strategy and ensure our multiple client services work harmoniously to put our client’s needs at the forefront of everything we do.
