Head of Growth - Apparel Ecommerce startup
Full time with flexibility - Central London
£40-£55k (with equity)

We?re working with a scaling, 5 person, B2C Ecommerce startup based in Central London to help them find a high quality Head of Growth with strong digital marketing experience across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Co-Founders, the Head of Growth will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition at top of funnel, focusing initially on optimizing and increasing the marketing spend across key channels.

This is the experience and traits we are looking for:
+ Driving scale in a high growth ecommerce, consumer goods business
+ Driving high volume customer acquisition at top of funnel through lean digital marketing
+ Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, Google Analytics and SEO tools for digital campaigns
+ Experience devising and implementing a marketing strategy and managing the marketing budget
+ You?re data-oriented with an analytical mindset
+ You?re a proactive self-starter - you hate sitting on your hands
You will cover the following areas:
+ Top of funnel acquisition
+ Marketing strategy and budget
+ Digital campaigns across FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing and Media buying
+ Analytics and reporting
