Head of BD and KAM Contitech China_Automotive Business

Job Description
Main Tasks:
1. Build customer strategies including defining target customers and sourcing opportunities
2. Build up of relationship with OEM top management, purchasing and engineering developments
3. Survey market potential, chances for ContiTech and a market-entry strategy together with BUs
4. Represent ContiTech as a 'Chief of Sales' to coordinate ContiTech's OE sales efforts
5. Analyze necessities (and make proposals) to improve processes and set-up of ContiTech to increase its OE business
6. Build divisional sales strategy together with BU sales force. Coordinate with business units to prepare CT China mid&long term planning
7. Organize and coordinate customer marketing events like Techdays, worshops, trade shows...
8. Repersent CT to participate other corperate marketing events like Ride and Drive events, ETAM…
9. Monitor competition and do the competition analysis
10. Follow closely automotive market and CT sales performance
11. Identification of local and regional market needs
12. Support of Divisional and BU BD for all local aspects
13. Business Case creation for local and regional innovation projects
14. Participate in creation and maintenance of CT standards for Business Modelling
15. Prepare regular reporting: overall automotive market performance, CT business overview, order intakes, actual sales and forecast, e-mobility newletters, etc.
16. Build CT market and product strategy for e-mobility
17. Drive new businss acquisition with DMG customers
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Natural Science or other related fields, Master degree is preferred.
2. Min. of 10 years work experience in the following areas
* Has Sales or Business Development experience in Multinational company
* Has work experience in at least two different functional areas or in different companies
3. Project Management experience
4. Proven ability to successfully work in highly diverse global teams
5. 5+ years experience of leadership of a global organization
6. Experience of leadership of remote teams
7. Proven intercultural experience
