Style Theory is a Fashion-Technology company that is redefining Fashion Consumption. We believe that there is an inefficiency in the way we consume fashion in today's world, and are on a mission to provide a smarter solution.
We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a ?Netflix-for-Fashion? model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.

Job Summary

The Insights team brings in customer voice into business strategies across the company. You will be involved in winning new market segments, design new business systems and processes , help us build and launch new products, or unlock new revenue opportunities. If you like driving impact through an customer driven approach and are undaunted by ambiguity and execution, this is the role for you!
We?re looking for an analytical and creative thinker, someone with the ability to form a strong POV that will ultimately influence business decisions across multiple fields such as consumer, market, product and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
+ Drive research projects including design, execution, analysis, and recommendation to identify improvement areas and opportunities within our businesses
+ Dedicatedly find opportunities to support the development of marketing and sales strategies and tactics
+ Provide strategic market insights and research input to business decisions by developing actionable analysis, reports, and recommendations
+ Produce relevant team reports and metrics on a regular basis
+ Drive design thinking across the company and enable each team to constantly innovate and iterate
+ Collect, interpret and communicate industry, competitor and market trends from primary and secondary sources
+ Leverage emerging tools like Digital Media (Facebook, Google) and other data sources to form a holistic understanding of our subscribers
+ Agile thinker, comfortable and able to develop innovative ways to resolve business issues
+ Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
+ Help shape company's strategy to better penetrate the market and increase virality of the product offerings
+ Utlitise different tools available to drive implementation e.g. partnerships, marketing channels, offline stores
Requirements:
+ Have worked in a relevant field (Marketing research, Insights or related field) for 4 years in a tech company with strong focus on insights.
+ Passionate about consumer goods and want to be at the forefront of making impact in the consumer industry
+ Deep understanding of research tools & techniques - Quantitative, Qualitative and Analytics
+ Possess good knowledge of core market research principles ? sample design, data collection, and analysis techniques, appropriate action standards
+ Strategic thinker who is independent and able to prioritise based on business needs
+ Have experience in transforming first-hand behavioural data into actionable insights
+ Enjoy being actively involved in multiple projects across different stages of design, analysis to implementation
+ Experienced at crafting questionnaires, and have experience with qualtrics and other self-serving tools
+ Able to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills and extremely organized with strong project management skills
+ Have a can do attitude and enjoy being challenged beyond the scope of work
+ Ability and desire to travel internationally
