ERM's safety services provides our clients with value added advisory consulting to maximize the value of their investments in safety - safeguarding lives, assets and reputation. We are seeking highly motivated, innovative and passionate individuals with a background and experience in health & safety to provide world class consulting services for our clients.
This position will require the candidate to execute project deliverables related to ERM's safety services including but not limited to development of safety management systems, advisory services on industry best practices on H&S processes and control measures, performing risk assessments, H&S audits, training, and H&S supervisory of site staff or contractors. The role will also involve aspects of business development and client relationship building within Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area (China) and Taiwan.
Educational background in health and safety management / engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years' of work experience within an industrial organization, preferably within power and utilities, renewables, technology, oil & gas, or chemical sectors.
Familiar with international and industry standards on H&S management such as ISO45001, OSHA, etc.
Formal H&S training qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH and other relevant occupational health & safety or process safety is a plus.
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Mandarin.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, willingness and quick to learn, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, able to work with minimal supervision, good attention to detail, good organization skills, able to multitask and work under pressure, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
