As Healthcare Development Manager, covering Republic of Ireland, you will have the chance to enable sales growth and create long-term, quality relations with customers. This strategic role has been shaped to focus on accelerating sales growth and developing customer relationships.
Covering acute and community, the primary function is to accelerate the clinical and economic adoption of ConvaTec brands in the acute & community sector. Through sales activity at a senior level within accounts, we are looking to improve access to the ConvaTec range via care pathways, guidelines and clinical adoption of products. Development of Health Economic packages & sales collateral to broaden funding for products in key therapeutic areas, as well as supporting the purchasing and usage of products within the Community and Acute accounts are key objectives.
What you can expect to focus on in this role :
Developing and delivering strategic account management plans to increase product usage in focus accounts. Maximizing ConvaTec product access through category inclusion and guideline development in conjunction with Medical Affairs. Managing project oriented cooperation in designated accounts, developing project work plans with local account managers. Developing flexible solutions for accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio. Identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion leaders, decision makers & new influential customers within the region. Helping to accelerate adoption of new technologies. Developing flexible solutions for Acute and Community accounts to maximise implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio. Lead on product evaluations, producing and delivering business cases and initiating audits to gather prevalence data where appropriate. Identifying, engaging and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion leaders, decision makers & new influential customers within the region. Managing local expense budget for best ROI.
