Helpdesk Consultant

We are seeking an Helpdesk consultant to join our team.

Minimum requirement to apply: Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals

Requirements  

  • Seeking a Helpdesk Consultant to join our team 

  • This person will work on both internal projects and customer projects 

  • Must be certified in Microsoft and maintain certifications 

  • Manage and build on Terra Firma’s existing Microsoft 365 capability and network infrastructure 

  • Be the “go-to” person for Microsoft 365 and all associated products 

  • Salesforce admin experience would be an advantage

  • Provide level one, two and three support to Terra Firma staff 

  • Research and socialize changes to services offerings by Microsoft regularly 

  • Help to build Terra Firma’s portfolio of Intellectual Property 

  • All other duties as assigned
