Second helper with driving licence, 1 April 2021 start

We are a family of three- a Western couple with one daughter who is almost 3. Both parents work full time. Our daughter has a physical disability affecting her movement so cannot yet crawl or walk but is making progress. She has no cognitive difficulties and communicates well. She attends daily therapy and schooling and so having a helper who could drive and assist with the transport to all of these activities is one of our main criteria. Ability to cook is another important requirement. Any experience with special needs would be welcomed but is not mandatory. Our current helper is great but it is lot for her to manage the household and our daughter and her activities on her own. The helpers' bedroom would be a bunk bed set up with decent storage. The helpers' area of the apartment has a nice shower and bathroom with a separate entrance/exit and lift from the apartment (if required). We are moving to our new apartment in March so looking for a start date from 1 April ideally.
