Each space has its own unique identity, creating exceptional food and drinks and unforgettable experiences, right on the doorstep of Coogee’s sun-soaked coastline.

The Role

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Host Manager to lead the team at the forefront of a fine dining restaurant in the Eastern Suburbs. This team is responsible for meeting, greeting and seating guests in a premium, high volume environment whilst delivering a high class and seamless service to our guests.

To be considered in this role, we’re looking for

• experience within high-end restaurants and bars using booking systems such as ResDiary
• well-presented professionals
• with an eye for detail
• passion for delivering exceptional service
• and the ability to lead a team of experienced hosts
