An opportunity for a hands-on general manager to lead the team and drive exceptional customer service and financial results at this charming 40-room country house with a la carte restaurant.

We are after high-energy, high-charisma operator with a demonstrated track record for financial performance, guest satisfaction and employee engagement who will successfully leverage the ongoing success of this property and team.

The successful applicant will have the full support of the Executive team who provide oversight and guidance on critical success areas. This role is an important feeder role for other General Manager positions in our group and has become vacant for this reason.

We will consider exceptional Rooms Division Managers or Food & Beverage Managers with impeccable track records of achievement and who are looking for the opportunity to step up to the challenge of General Manager - these applicants will demonstrate the requisite hunger and drive to succeed.

You will:

  • Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction in boutique setting
  • Drive exceptional employee engagement and retention
  • Build your leaders through a combination of hands-on management, coaching and mentoring 
  • Manage all areas of risk management and compliance
  • Manage key stakeholders with skill and diplomacy
