The Lancemore Group is seeking its next General Manager to lead the Yarra Valley Lodge. You will lead a team of over 50 staff and manage this rapidly growing conferencing and leisure hotel at the gateway to Victoria’s picturesque Yarra Valley.

You will:

  • Manage the owner stakeholder relationships, including strata and body corporate;
  • Prepare financial and operational reports and provide strategies to achieve the sales and cost management targets for the property;
  • Provide exceptional people leadership to the Heads of Department, including KPI setting and performance reviews;
  • Monitor the relevant hotel comp set and deliver strategies to outperform it;
  • Provide exemplary cost control and revenue management.

A stunning regional property boasting 102 guest rooms and 10 flexible event spaces, the Yarra Valley Lodge is a highly reputed conferencing destination with a growing leisure and events market.

The property has grown from strength to strength in recent years and we are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management and an F&B background to continue its success.
