Melba Support Services is a not-for-profit, human rights based organisation with an absolute commitment to zero tolerance of abuse and neglect. Melba have been selected to provide in-home supports for 6 people with disabilities in a new and innovative model for providing supported disability housing (SIL).
We are a currently looking for a Full-time Outcomes Lead to manage the day to day operations of this service site by ensuring the required amount of support is arranged, monitored and maintained to assist people to live their lives. You will also monitor financial performance of the program, outcomes for people supported and lead a team of support workers in the performance of their duties in line with the Melba way.
You are an experienced leader in the Disability sector who is dynamic, a quick learner with strong attention to detail and pride yourself on providing exceptional service and support to stakeholders and staff. You are approachable and engaging with all that you interact with, backed by your strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and active nights and participate in rostered on call arrangements.
You will need to have a current CPR certificate, working with children check, a smart phone with internet connectivity, and agree to Melba conducting a Reference, Police and Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme check in order to be considered for this role.
