Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into the HR system.
  • Manage and maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain data on employee turnover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR shared services or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Experience working with HR systems and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal communication skills.
